Staying in this hotel makes it easy to explore the most popular attractions as it is located in the heart of the city. The Galata bridge and two fantastic shops are within walking distance. The bathroom is cozy, and the room is a good size and was finally clean. Staff members are very welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast offered wasn't as amazing as it could have been, and the pictures provided were not very appealing.

The location in the heart of the city allows for easy access to major attractions such as the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including arranging airport transfers and providing a special surprise on my partner's birthday. The hotel's architecture and design reflect the traditional Turkish style and create a unique and charming atmosphere.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. the room was well-kept and had some really unique features that made it stand out from other hotels I've stayed at. the spa and wellness centre were a real highlight of my stay, and the service I received there was top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions, and the staff were always on hand to offer tourist tips and recommendations for the best restaurants to try. Cons: Unfortunately, the wifi here could be a bit intermittent at times, which was a minor issue for me. it was definitely not a deal breaker, as there were plenty of other things to keep me occupied during my stay. I had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable hotel experience.

The rooms at this hotel are absolutely amazing! I felt like a VIP with the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and safety deposit box. But what really blew me away was the private bathroom - it was so luxurious, it felt like I was in a spa!

Cobblestone roads can be challenging.

Stayed at a cozy and clean hotel close to the main tourist spots. the accommodating staff were quick to respond to all our requests and provided an amazing breakfast every morning. the roof terrace offered breathtaking views of the city.

The heating system was not working properly in one of the rooms and it took some time for the issue to be resolved. We also had some communication problems as only a few staff were able to speak English.

The room was incredible - 5-star quality with a comfortable queen bed, fluffy towels and bathrobes, and a Nespresso machine with daily capsules. The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view and the location was only a 20-minute walk from many tourist attractions. The staff was super friendly and offered a refund when we didn't like the attraction they recommended.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area, which made it difficult to reach with luggage. the promised expensive airport transfer was not as agreed upon, as the car arrived 30 minutes late and didn't come to the hotel door.
