Beautiful hotel, excellent standards, beautiful rooms, great service, friendly staff.

Nothing not to like.

The variety of food and taste of the foods is impressive, catering to all preferences and with interesting options. The heated indoor pool and sauna are a great addition for relaxation. The towel service is convenient and hassle-free. The check-in and check-out process is easy and friendly.

Our stay here was beyond luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially at the Spa & wellness centre and Indoor swimming pool. The Sauna, Swimming pool, Outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were all amazing and kept in pristine condition. The hotel's prime Beach access was a real bonus and made our stay even better. There were a variety of massages and treatments available, and the Turkish bath was a unique and special experience. The overall garden area and Spa centre were stunning, and the entertainment was well organised and enjoyable.

There was only one minor issue during our stay here - the Buffet breakfast could have been more diverse. Despite this, the quality of food served at this hotel was exceptional.

The holidays at the hotel were amazing! The facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor heated pool and the sauna, which made the cold weather much more tolerable. The variety of food on offer was great, and we had a lot of fun trying different dishes each day. The location was perfect, with plenty to do nearby, including historical sites and beautiful beaches.

The evening entertainment was a bit lackluster at times, but it didn't ruin our holiday overall. we did notice that some of the facilities started to close down towards the end of our stay, which was a shame as we would have loved to enjoy them for longer.

I recently stayed at Crystal Palace and was pleasantly surprised by the nearby market where I could buy unique gifts. The spa treatments, although pricier than in the UK, were worth every penny for the ultimate relaxation. The pool area had plenty of activities and the staff were extremely helpful. And let's not forget the delicious food available all day long! I would highly recommend this hotel for a great and relaxing holiday.
