The suites were ideal with tasteful period fixtures and great water pressure. The location was convenient with a tram station across the road. The staff was excellent, kind, and professional. The hotel had a special character and atmosphere.

Hotel Troya Balat is a hidden gem in a great district. The vintage style and attention to detail create a charming atmosphere. The staff, especially Mrs. Semiha Hüzmeli, is warm and helpful, providing valuable advice for exploring the city. The hotel's location provides easy access to public transportation, allowing guests to conveniently visit the main historic and commercial attractions.

Everything was wonderful, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lively neighborhood, close to everything Balat has to offer. The restaurant in the ground floor serves both Greek and Turkish food and provides a lively atmosphere. The staff is known for their excellent service and kindness. The rooms offer a view of the Golden Horn and some even have balconies.

The common areas of the hotel could use some improvement.

Celebrated Christmas at a hotel, pretty decent value for money. Nice decoration, and the fruit basket in the room was a nice touch. the location is really convenient, just a short walk to the historical sites and restaurants.

The room was really small, and not very clean. the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the noise from outside was unbearable at times.

I had an amazing time exploring Fener & Balat, with its charming cobbled lanes and cozy cafes. The nearby St. George cathedral added a touch of history to the area. The hotel's lively restaurant provided a vibrant atmosphere and served both Greek and Turkish cuisine. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed.
