We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with directions and airport transport set-up. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major sights in the city. In fact, we had the best view of Sultanahmet and Aya Sofia from our room. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful terrace restaurant with its breathtaking view. everything about this hotel, from the location to the amenities, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was in a great location, close to major tourist attractions and easily accessible by tram. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice decor. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The breakfast at the hotel was disappointing. There was a limited selection of food, especially for vegetarians and vegans.

I had an incredible experience at this place. As someone who loves shopping, I really appreciated the hotel's location, which was in walking distance to the bazaar and many stores. The staff provided excellent service with room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. I loved that they had a doctor on call and airport shuttle available too. The staff was extremely cooperative and helped a lot, especially the night shift member who got me a taxi for the airport as I had left it until the last minute. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with a leisure area that included a sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and garden facilities. The room was top-notch, with an in-room safe, flat-screen TV, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options.

The rooms were updated and charming, and the hotel's location made it convenient to explore all the attractions within walking distance.
