The hotel staff at Element Residence were incredibly helpful and cooperative, especially on arrival and checkout days. They provided us with a lot of assistance and the hotel is conveniently located near Taksim and the shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and they even offered a free extra bed for our child. The room was cleaned nicely while we were out, and it felt safe staying there. The hotel is right by the main street, making it easy to access everything. They have a kitchen and all the necessary amenities for those who want to cook their own food. The service provided by the reception staff was exceptional, as they went out of their way to help us with package delivery and offered valuable advice about the city. The hotel also provided us with an Istanbulkart for a day, which was a nice touch. the service, location, and room facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend Element Residence for anyone staying in Istanbul.

the staff, especially Mr Burak, were incredibly helpful and made my stay much easier. the location was perfect, with a supermarket across the road and the famous Istiklal Street just a few minutes' walk away. the provided kitchen was very useful and the facilities were great. I would definitely choose this residence again if I visit Istanbul in the future.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a well-located apartment in Istanbul. The room and facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. One particular staff member, Buraki, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and spoke excellent English. The apartment was clean and spacious, and its proximity to İstiklal Caddesi made it a convenient choice. Despite some minor issues like initial bedding cleanliness and street noise, my overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Istanbul.

The location of the hotel apartment is fantastic, with everything you need just around the corner. Istiklal Street is within close proximity, offering a wide variety of food and shops. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a washing machine and dishwasher. There were also a great selection of glasses, plates, and utensils available.

The neighborhood can be noisy at night, which might be a disadvantage for those who prefer a quiet environment for sleeping.

There were some issues with the room. the shower pipe was leaking and it would be great if they fix it for future guests.
