The food that I ordered in my room was delicious and exactly as I requested. The housekeeping service was quick and thorough, and they cleaned the room at a time that suited me. I also appreciated the choice of pillows and the fact that in my smoking room, I could open the window and ventilate the room, which is not always possible in other hotels. my stay was just perfect!
