We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Taksim Square. The location was convenient, as it was within walking distance to Taksim Square and most shopping areas. Additionally, it was located by the Gezi park, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with well-decorated rooms that were spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of options, including vegetarian-friendly selections. our experience at this hotel was top-notch.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right close to istiklal and Taksim. It was so convenient to explore the city and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and swimming pool. The breakfast spread was incredible with a lot of choices and options for vegetarians. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile.

The concierge was helpful and gave good suggestions. Staff were exceptional, arranging an early check-in if available. Housekeeping team was awesome, with great service. The location is great, with easy access to streets and public transport. Spacious room, nice furniture, and good breakfast options.

Great view from the 10th floor, overlooking Bosphorus Strait. Attentive staff in all areas - reception, restaurant, housekeeping, security, and doorman. Shout out to Rahman from room service for excellent service. Comfy and luxurious room with good lighting and plugs for convenience. Lovely Molten Brown bathroom soaps/lotions.

My recent stay at Divan was absolutely delightful. I was in Istanbul for a week on a business trip and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The front desk lady who checked me in was incredibly professional and kind. The size of the room was perfect, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a tasteful gentleman's chamber vibe, with leather details, a traditional kilim rug, and flawless woodwork. The bathroom was impeccable, with stone work, a shower-hamam, and a double-sided two-winged door. The staff, especially at the reception and Divan Pub, were exceptional and friendly. The restaurant was also fantastic, with great food and a lovely ambiance. I would like to thank the manager, Mrs. Gurbet, for her kind hospitality. I will definitely be returning to Divan in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Divan Istanbul. The hotel was immaculately clean and located conveniently near Taksim and Istiklal Street. The staff was attentive and even accommodated my request to empty the mini bar for my child's safety. They provided complimentary coffee every day and always made sure we had water, tea, and coffee. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

There was some miscommunication with the staff regarding check-in time, but overall it did not affect my stay. Additionally, there were some minor issues with the bed sheets and towels, but these were quickly resolved by the hotel management.

Polite staff, free room upgrade, helpful and friendly service, central location with transportation access, stylish and comfortable with exquisite linen, clean room with efficient room service and instant response to emergencies. Could consider replacing uncomfortable mattress.
