Beds are big and comfortable. Rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Relaxing hot spring available in every bathroom and pool. Excellent facilities including indoor thermal pools and spa. Sound-proof rooms for deep sleep. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

Situated in a remote area, this hotel is surprisingly close to all major tourist attractions. Calling for a taxi is a breeze, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms. The attentive staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is top-notch. Guests can enjoy the various facilities, such as the pools and spa, for a truly relaxing experience.

The restaurant, however, leaves much to be desired with limited and tasteless options for dinner.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel facilities, the parking availability, and the location. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for us. The facilities, especially the indoor and outdoor thermal pools, were amazing and provided us with a truly relaxing experience. We also appreciated the ample parking space available at the hotel, making it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was very near to the popular sightseeing places of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. The staff, specifically Mr. Mustafa the receptionist, stood out as he took the time to personally guide us around the city, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and resolved a bathroom issue within 10 minutes. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the facilities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, spa, and sauna were clean and enjoyable. The food options were plentiful and delicious, with a barbecue outside on the first night and a great variety for breakfast and lunch. The hotel was quiet and relaxed, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The free complementary drink and snack that we received upon our arrival was a nice touch. The hotel's proximity to the area's main attractions was also convenient. the view from our room was stunning and made our stay more enjoyable.

The room we were given was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was quite unpleasant. The staff was not helpful or hospitable, which made our stay uncomfortable.

This hotel was a true luxurious experience; exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, were top notch. The swimming pool area with its sun terrace and gardens was simply breathtaking and truly made us feel like royalty. The restaurant offered an impressive range of special diet menus and the private facilities were clean and well-equipped. The venue's location also allowed for daily excursions to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the entertainment. They didn't offer as much as other similar hotels we've stayed in.
