The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean, providing a cozy stay for guests. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant experience, with Ugur in the restaurant standing out for his excellent service. The restaurant itself is set in an attractive, tranquil garden, offering delicious Turkish cuisine at reasonable prices.

The towels in the rooms were not changed during the stay, which could be improved to enhance guest comfort.

The hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices for comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of the old town of Kaleici, just a few hundred meters from the bustling harbor and surrounded by charming cobbled streets, beautiful cafes, and lively bars. The staff at this hotel are attentive and friendly, always ready to assist and provide any necessary help. Their service is commendable and adds to the overall positive experience. The breakfast served at the hotel is impressive, offering a variety of options and ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

I spent my Easter holidays at a hotel near the beach, with amazing food and friendly staff. the hotel's location couldn't be better, just a few steps from the shore and the city center, where all the best shops and restaurants are. the half-board option included varied and tasty meals that offered a sample of local cuisine. the pool area was fantastic, surrounded by lovely gardens and lounging chairs to relax in the sun.

The rooms were quite outdated, and the beds could be more comfortable. I had noisy neighbors in the room next door, and there was music playing late into the night.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at a hotel in a great location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and just a short tram ride away from a stunning beach. Our room had a lovely rooftop balcony, a comfortable bed, and a spacious en suite with a fantastic shower. The pool area was cozy yet satisfying, and the pool itself was clean and refreshing. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit and delicious made-to-order omelettes. Despite a minor issue with one staff member, the hotel manager and another professional staff member handled it exceptionally well. We would definitely return to this hidden gem of a hotel in Kaleici.
