This hotel is a wonderful experience for those who seek luxurious amenities and central location. the exclusive room advantages and unique spa treatments fulfilled my need for relaxation and care. the staff and environment are exceptional; from the friendly and polite front desk personnel to the skilled massage therapists and chefs who offered a variety of delicious, highly praised foods and cocktails.

Though the overall experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations, I encountered one minor issue. During check-in, the breakfast package I booked via email was not communicated to the hotel, and I had to pay extra charges.

The hotel has a stunning modern design with classy and comfortable rooms. It's conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to the best shops in town. The staff offered us delicious cookies upon arrival. Mr. Murat went out of his way to help us with a car rental issue. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing experience.
