The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with non-hotel related tasks, showing their dedication to excellent service. We appreciated the hotel's environmentally friendly practices, such as recycling bins and self-recycling. The spa facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath, provided much-needed relaxation after a day of activities. We also enjoyed the fresh air and peaceful surroundings of the hotel's location. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service offered by the activities agencies was a convenient bonus.

The spa facilities, food, and pool were excellent. The location was also preferable compared to the dusty and hot area in Goreme. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the pool reception.

Good I had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that met all of my needs. the service was exceptional, and the spa provided a wide range of rejuvenating treatments, including a full body massage and a Turkish bath. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were magnificent, providing a sun terrace and a garden area where I could relax in total comfort. the restaurant was exceptional, offering an in-room breakfast, halal food, and a variety of special diet menus. the poolside snack bar and the bar/lounge area were perfect for a refreshing drink or a light snack. the venue was beautifully designed and elegantly furnished with a library and a leisure/TV room. the location was a bit secluded, which made it a bit hard to reach some of the attractions.

The hotel is situated close to major tourist sites and attractions, which is convenient if you have your own transportation. the breakfast had a wide range of food options and there were both indoor and outdoor pools.

The location of the hotel is far from the town center, and the surrounding area felt a bit isolated. the air conditioning was not always functioning properly, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather.
