Great downtown location near the harbor. Spacious rooms with good furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness is top-notch. Good value for money with a basic but satisfying breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even helped us resolve a lost baggage issue caused by the airline. The Turkish tea in the hostel area was a great way to start our mornings. The spacious apartment for two people was a bonus, and the location was convenient for walking to various places.

One of the conditioners in the room was also not working, although they did provide an extra heater. In the high season, it might get crowded.

I had a great experience at Downtown Fethiye Suites. the hotel is located in a fantastic area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's just a short walk from Umbrella Street and the dolmus bus stop is conveniently just 5 minutes away. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to answer any questions we had. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with separate bedrooms and sitting rooms. the hotel even offered assistance with carrying our luggage up to our room. the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the hotel provided a convenient hanging area for wet towels and beach gear in the bedroom.

the central location was perfect, situated on the edge of Paspatur. the apartment was a decent size with a big fridge in the kitchen. the hosts were friendly and accommodating. It was great value for money in this area of town. the hotel had a nice cafe at the reception with a variety of teas and coffees. the internet was fast and reliable, perfect for online meetings. the sound insulation was good, so there was no disturbance from street noise. the hotel also took safety seriously, as they were installing new fire-proof doors during my stay. it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Small kitchenette and the need to provide our own condiments, dish soap, and sponge. Inconsistent wifi signal, but it wasn't a major inconvenience for us.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the old bazar, making it easy to explore the local market and indulge in some shopping. The beautiful Fethiye beach is also just a short distance away, offering a relaxing spot to soak up the sun. Being situated in downtown, there are plenty of shops and amenities in the surrounding area. it is convenient to catch the dolmus to the bus station for further travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.
