Had a fab stay! the staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the rooms were super clean and spacious, with a lovely terrace offering a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Perfect location, just a short stroll to major attractions and surrounded by quaint restaurants. Free water and Turkish tea were a nice touch too!

The sound insulation could be better, and there were a few cleanliness issues in the room like litter under the bed and dirty air-exhausters. Some fixtures like towel and toilet paper holders were a bit flimsy.

I give 10 stars to the staff at Efzen Hotel in Istanbul. Sergey, Hamid, and Bartees were exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well-taken care of during our stay. the availability of complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily access iconic landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, enhancing our family bonding experiences. the clean rooms and helpful staff truly made our trip memorable, despite minor room maintenance issues.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were amazing and always helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from major tourist attractions. The hotel provided free water, which was a bonus in the hot weather. the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with impeccable housekeeping service. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the rooms cool and comfortable.
