Great location and friendly staff were the best aspects of our stay. The hotel was located in a buzzing retail district which made it easy to shop, eat and explore the city. The staff was very helpful and gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to do. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The housekeeping only changed one towel and did not clean the bathroom sink or shower.
