During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the helpfulness and friendliness of all staff members. the restaurant staff provided great service and were always polite and friendly. We were pleased to receive everything we asked for, such as a baby stroller, extra complimentary water, late check-out, and discounts at the spa. the location was ideal, with stunning views and close proximity to local attractions.

Some of the facilities were not open due to it being winter season, such as the beach, mini club, game room. While the breakfast was good, we would have appreciated more meat options in the selection.

The hotel is in close proximity to the beach, with a shuttle available for a short ride. The rooms are beautiful, with amazing views and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The infinity pool is a highlight, offering a good size for relaxation.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 5, star hotel and were impressed with the excellent service. the staff were incredibly friendly, and we received everything we asked for, such as late check, out and complimentary water. the spa and wellness center were exceptional, and the full, body massage was incredibly relaxing. the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool provided a serene and tranquil environment, and the garden area was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The only minor issue was that some facilities were still closed during this time of the year, such as the beach and the mini club. the hotel did offer alternative activities to make up for these limitations.

Great staff, beautiful rooms, amazing view, good service, friendly and helpful staff.
