We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in a very central location. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was quiet, spacious, and offered a beautiful city view from the higher floor. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, thanks to Elif who was always attentive to our needs. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a safe. We were also impressed by the 24-hour room service, bell staff, and housekeeping services that ensured our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is great, near the metro and close to Taksim square. Everything you need is available around the area. Despite being close to Taksim square, the hotel is far from the noise of the clubs, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The hotel could improve on its cleanliness and make sure all areas, including the rooms, are free of dust.

The room was not as clean as we expected and lacked the attention to detail we were hoping for during our romantic escape. We had difficulties with the air conditioning system, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times.
