The location is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in our room. We enjoyed hiking tours organized by the friendly staff.

the so-called cave room was not even a cave! just a regular double bed ceilingless room, with poorly cleaned sheets that left me with a breakout, what a delight. breakfast? oh, if you weren't there at dawn, you’d miss the minimal choices. And don't even get me started on the staff. they could've been more accommodating somehow.

Our stay was nothing short of enchanting. The staff were like friends, especially Sana and her dog, they made us feel so at home during our time there and it was a comforting vibe. The breakfast was a feast, and we couldn't get enough of those lovely pastries on the terrace while watching the balloons take off.

It wasn’t inexpensive but honestly worth every penny for the experience.

after staying in goreme before, i was impressed by how much better my experience was at this hotel. the spacious room had great views of the balloons, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for breakfast with a stunning view. the staff were super helpful in recommending local attractions and made our romantic trip unforgettable.

Spacious room with a private bathroom and great views from the terrace. Super clean with daily cleaning service. Excellent breakfast options, especially the smoky aubergine and sweet watermelon. The staff were amazing at organizing our hot air balloon ride. Loved having a fire extinguisher and hypoallergenic pillows. Such a comfy stay!

The location was sweet as, heaps close to the city centre. But the breakfast could've had more variety and options. Loved the views from the terrace though!

the wi-fi was terrible, barely working. but wow, the terrace view was breathtaking, and the breakfast was fresh and filling. the staff was super helpful, letting us store our luggage and arranging tours for us. loved the cozy ambiance!
