The staff is friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and providing useful information. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast at the nearby restaurant is delicious with a variety of options. Additionally, there are famous restaurants and sweet shops nearby, adding to the overall experience.

The lighting in the room could be a bit dim, but it doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience.
