The room had a leakage issue in the bathroom, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. WiFi was not working properly, only available in certain areas of the hotel.

Our stay at the boutique hotel in Erzincan was wonderful. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city center. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the use of fitted sheets, which is not common in some countries we had visited. The breakfast was amazing, especially the delicious watermelon slices. we had a great experience at Eriza Boutique.
