The staff at Esans Hotel - Special Category was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a traditional touch that added to the charm. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of homemade Turkish dishes that made me feel like I was getting an authentic experience. The hotel is situated in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it's just a short 10-minute walk to iconic landmarks like the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Transportation to and from the airport was convenient with the HavaIST buses stopping right in front of the hotel, although navigating the streets with a lot of luggage could be a bit challenging due to the lack of sidewalks. I highly recommend Esans Hotel - Special Category for its excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and prime location.

The location couldn't be better - it's within short walking distance of all the main attractions in the old-city area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any request. The rooms, although a bit noisy due to the wood floors, were spacious and had beautiful views over the Bosporus. And the breakfast. wow! It was absolutely amazing, filled with a great combination of local and international dishes. One of the best breakfasts I've had on my entire holiday!

Stay in a former historic building, the home of a perfume maker for the Sultan, and experience the rich history of Istanbul. The staff, who are very knowledgeable and helpful, made our stay even more enjoyable. They recommended must-see attractions like Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and the breathtaking Bosporus channel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are pristine. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including delicious omelettes made to order. The view from the terrace is simply stunning. We also appreciated the complimentary Esans perfume in the room.

The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful sightseeing tips. They even arranged for a tour agent to assist us with organizing a trip, saving us time and effort. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food to start our day off right.

There were a couple of downsides during our stay. The noise from guests above us was quite bothersome, especially when we were trying to sleep.

During my recent stay at the Esans Hotel, I was impressed by the convenient location. Being just a short walk away from famous historic monuments such as the Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque, I was able to easily explore the city's rich history. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quieter part of the old city, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay.

Although the hotel had a few drawbacks such as the lack of an elevator and the need to climb stairs to reach my room and the breakfast area, the staff were more than willing to assist with carrying luggage and ensuring my husband, who had difficulty with stairs, had a comfortable stay.
