I had a surprisingly wonderful experience at this hotel. First of all, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even coordinated with the bus driver to pick me up when I arrived late. Secondly, the hotel offered free laundry service, which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. the hotel provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Everything was ok, except for slow wifi.

My room at Fairouz Konak Otel was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a long day of exploring. The courtyard and views were absolutely stunning, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the shower in my room was excellent, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience.

I did experience a few drawbacks during my stay. my room did not have a window, which made it feel slightly enclosed and lacking ventilation.

Spent Xmas at an amazing hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with options to fit any taste and the view was breathtaking. the location was truly unique, with picturesque surroundings and a perfect oasis of relaxation. the hotel was conveniently located near many attractions and made it easy to explore the area.

There were some minor inconveniences such as poor Wi-Fi and staff not speaking English fluently. Some rooms lacked ventilation and the building was quite old, with many stairs to climb.
