The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, and a range of entertainment options. The breakfast selection is excellent, catering to different tastes and preferences. the hotel provides a beautiful setting with great room options, excellent service, and a prime beachfront location.

There were some inconsistencies with the food selection and quality.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a lovely view of the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable. the variety of food served was great. They had an amazing indoor pool and the location was perfect, close to the city center and the beach.

The hotel becomes crowded during peak season, especially during Christmas, which made it difficult to find a place to relax. the wait time for room service and other services was quite long during this time of the year.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and the spa centre left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the staff was always helpful and friendly, offering me tasty drinks and snacks by the outdoor swimming pool with beach access. the entertainment activities held in the night club were also exceptional. the treatment room provided the best body scrub and massage, a truly fantastic experience that I will never forget.

The only minor issue I had was with the waxing service which did not meet my expectations. the hotel made up for it with the beauty treatment and manicure that were exceptional.
