We had a wonderful stay in Istanbul at Fatma Sultan. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and within walking distance of all the attractions. the staff, including Alex and his colleagues, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel's facilities, especially the lovely garden where we enjoyed our coffee, were a great bonus. the breakfast, with delicious Turkish Borek and cookies, was a highlight. We highly recommend this hotel!

They provided us with useful tips and recommendations for our sightseeing adventures, helped us arrange for a sim card and taxis, and even sent us a text message to ensure our safe return home. We couldn't have asked for better service. our stay at Fatma Sultan Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
