The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and close to shops and cafes. The suites were spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and clean environment. The package tour organized by Soner was a great opportunity to explore and enjoy Istanbul. The staff, particularly Mr. Yilmaz and Soner, provided exceptional customer service and were always willing to help.

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

The hotel was extremely clean, with comfy beds and a magnificent view of the sea from the balcony. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff was amazing, especially Mr. Yilmaz, who provided outstanding customer service and assisted every guest. The hotel had a nice breakfast and affordable prices, making it suitable for families on a budget.
