We had a fantastic stay at Ferman Hotel. Traveling with two young children, the location was perfect with walking distance to main attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast with sea view was incredible, and the staff was truly amazing, going above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. They even arranged a private driver when our tour got canceled. Thank you once again for the outstanding care!

The staff at Ferman Hotel Old City -Special Category were incredibly helpful and friendly. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but the staff were quick to respond and resolve them. One night, we had a problem with the lights in our room, and the receptionist came up and personally fixed the issue by removing the bulbs. Another night, we were disturbed by noisy children in the reception area, but after calling reception, they immediately took care of the problem. Additionally, when we had a persistent screeching noise in our room late at night, the staff quickly identified the issue and resolved it. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff's prompt and effective responses left a positive impression on us. I would recommend Ferman Hotel Old City -Special Category for their excellent service and commitment to guest satisfaction.

The hotel is very close to all the most important historical monuments, such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It is also conveniently located on a street surrounded by many different choices of restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful bed and pillows. The bathroom had a good shower. The staff were attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast on the roof terrace had amazing views.

The view from the window was not ideal, as it faced the roof of a nearby building in ruins.

Had an amazing time during our Easter break! the hotel was simply fantastic! Loved the complimentary Easter treats and wine provided in the room! the location, couldn't have been better, all the popular sights were within walking distance and the view from the room was breathtaking! the complementary breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view made it an outstanding start to our days.

During our stay at Ferman Hotel Old City -Special Category, we were greeted by the charming Yusuf at the front desk. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room without charge. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed great views of the sea and sunrise from our room. Breakfast on the top floor was simple but fresh, and the 360 views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia were breathtaking. The staff in the kitchen and dining area, especially Omer, Kader, and Selcuk, were polite and helpful. our stay was lovely and we would definitely recommend Ferman Hotel Old City -Special Category to others.

Great location, close to restaurants and bars. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic view from the roof. Rooms are spacious and have balconies with sea views. Good breakfast.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect on a hill in the historical area, right near all the main attractions. The staff at reception were always welcoming and helped us with anything we needed, including information about the city and getting a taxi when we needed it. The room was very clean and cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator, electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The terrace was also a highlight with stunning views of the city and the Bosphorus strait. We loved having breakfast there every morning.

During my recent stay at Ferman Hotel Old City -Special Category, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that greeted me upon arrival. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore the city's main attractions, such as the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, all within a short walking distance.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slightly dim lighting in the bedrooms, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel.
