Some guests have reported being disturbed by loud music coming from private events, which can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

The staff were charming, providing service of Four Seasons quality and value. They were always smiling, greeting us warmly, and going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Special thanks to Esraa and Fuat who were incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. The restaurants were great, and the staff made sure we had a stress-free vacation. The valet service was also fantastic. A truly grand experience!

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a Mediterranean vibe and had plenty of seating areas. The check-in process was quick and the staff, especially Ms. Ege, were cooperative and accommodating. The spa area, including the indoor swimming pool, was very nice. The outdoor facilities offered great views and spacious seating areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with various restaurants and cafes nearby and a short walk to the ferry harbor.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and had a great time. the spa and pool facilities were top-notch, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating. Secondly, the hotel’s location right in front of the Bosporus was breathtaking, with stunning views right from the terrace. Lastly, the staff was friendly and well-trained, making our stay enjoyable.

One downside was the average concierge services. Also, the hotel could improve on their breakfast menu, as we found better options in the city.

Amazing Views

During our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. It was truly a sight to behold. The Aqua Restaurant, located within the hotel, provided us with the perfect vantage point to enjoy the stunning scenery. The breakfast at Aqua Restaurant was also delightful, especially the Eggs Royale with sautéed potatoes and grilled tomatoes. The service we received in the mornings and at lunch was faultless, with attentive staff members ensuring our needs were met. The atmosphere was always upbeat, accompanied by lovely instrumental music playing in the background. We highly recommend visiting the hotel for a quick drink or a meal to experience the beautiful views and enjoyable ambiance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
