We had an amazing stay at Jaff Hotels & Spa Nisantasi. the entire staff, including Adnan bey and his team, were extremely welcoming and helpful. They always had smiles on their faces and went out of their way to assist us. the hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the metro station Osmanbey and within walking distance of popular attractions like Nisantasi/City's, Cevahir mall, and Bomonti. Everything we needed, from coffee shops to markets and pharmacies, was right nearby. the rooms were clean and spacious, and our deluxe room even had a balcony for our one-year-old son to play on. the Turkish breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and we even received a birthday cake during our stay. We highly recommend Jaff Hotels & Spa Nisantasi and will definitely be returning.

The location of Jaff Hotels & Spa Nisantasi is excellent, with easy access to the metro station and nearby attractions such as Nisantasi/City's, Cevahir mall, and Bomonti. Everything you need, from coffee shops to markets, is within walking distance. The deluxe room we stayed in was spacious and had a balcony, providing plenty of room for our little one to play. The staff, especially Mrs. Ayda and Shahine from housekeeping, were always helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel is also undergoing renovations, which will further improve its facilities and make it even better. we had a very pleasant stay.

The shower/bathroom in our room was a bit outdated, although the water flow was excellent. We initially got the wrong room on our first night, but it was promptly fixed the next morning.

The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to shops and the metro station. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the modest breakfast options and the small size of the room, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel during our Easter break and had a great experience! the location was perfect - just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and room service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing - great water pressure and temperature control. the hotel provided great value for money and we would definitely stay there again.
