One staff member even made a paper frog for my crying toddler, which was a thoughtful gesture. We spent an amazing Christmas break in a brand new hotel. the staff was really friendly and willing to help since the beginning, providing us with a very warm welcome. the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk away from a new port, a tower, and a bustling area full of cafes, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed two complimentary perks that made our stay even better. we loved the fact that our room was really quiet and comfortable.
