We recently stayed at Freya in Istanbul for 5 nights, and it was a delightful experience. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to the tram station making it easy to explore key attractions. the attentive staff, especially Natia, went above and beyond to assist us, organizing massages and providing valuable local insights. the breakfast had a great variety, the newly furnished rooms were spotless, and the free use of the pool and sauna was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

The staff were very accommodating and multilingual. I was pleasantly surprised when, like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat, the evening receptionist whisked us away on an impromptu tour of the city's iconic landmarks. His enthusiasm was like a burst of confetti in a dull room.
