The location of Galata M84 Aparthotel was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main street and Galata Tower. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it a vibrant and enjoyable area to stay in. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

In terms of drawbacks, I did experience some noise from the street outside due to the poorly insulated windows. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

The dryer in the machine doesn't work properly, leaving clothes wet.

The complimentary water and hot showers were nice touches. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants to choose from. loved the view from the balcony, it was breathtaking.

The noise level was unbearable, we couldn't sleep well at all. Even with earplugs, we could hear the honking of cars all night long.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation at Tunel and sishane. The apartment itself is lovely, equipped with all the necessary amenities and great value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met. The cleaning service was top-notch, with fresh towels and clean rooms each day. The apartment also had a big terrace with stunning views of the old town and the Bosphorus, perfect for enjoying sunsets.

The staff's English communication skills could have been better, as only one person spoke English fluently.
