All was perfect.

We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city. It was easy to find amazing places around. the metro station was really close, which made travel across the city very easy and comfortable. the view from the rooftop restaurant was breathtaking and we really appreciated having breakfast there. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a discount voucher for parking, which was really convenient for those traveling by car.

The rooms were quite uncomfortable and some of them had almost no natural light. the pillows were not very cozy either, which made getting a good night's sleep a bit difficult.

Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond, even calling a taxi for us and giving us transportation advice. The room was equipped with excellent facilities, and the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view. Special thanks to the Russian speaking receptionist who made our stay comfortable.

Drawbacks: Unfortunately, our room had poor soundproofing, and we had trouble sleeping due to noise from the terrace. Despite upgrading to the only suite available, the sounds of chairs and music kept us awake.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect, just above the metro station, making it easy to explore around. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the car hire and even the dry cleaning, I was really impressed. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The terrace had a great view of the garden and garden furniture made it comfortable to just sit back and relax. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

Highly recommending this venue to family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend! The rooms were beautiful and had amazing views. Loved the modern design and how clean everything was. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the city on foot, with easy access to the Grand Bazaar and Galata Port. There were also plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop restaurant was a great spot for both breakfast and dinner. The views from there were absolutely stunning!

There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. there was a mix-up with the transfer service when we arrived late at night.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the busy city. It is located in front of a metro station, making it easy to get around. Additionally, it is close to the main commercial street, which is always bustling with activity. Everything you need is just a short distance away.

We got amazing value for our money at Galata Times Hotel. The room was cozy and clean, with modern furniture and a luxury bathroom. The location was excellent, right across the street from the metro and within walking distance of major tourist spots like the Galata Tower and Taksim Square. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Samat who organized our airport transfer. We would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and fresher options.
