The location of the hotel was excellent, with key tourist attractions and amenities within easy reach. the host was extremely polite and friendly, providing us with all the necessary information to have a great stay. Another advantage was the provision of complimentary tea, coffee, and water in our room.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. We were initially given the wrong room, and it took some time to rectify the situation.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary kitchenware and a beautiful view. the location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and a 10-15 minute walk to the bridge and ferry stations. the host was very friendly and always available to help and answer questions. Transfer from the airport was well organized.

The curtain mechanism was broken and there was some noise from the traffic outside. the sound isolation wasn't great, so light sleepers might have an issue.

During our Christmas stay, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the room was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view. We loved waking up to the sight of the city and the Bosphorus from our balcony window. the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was top-notch, and the daily cleaning service was a bonus.

One thing we didn't particularly like was the narrow winding staircase leading to the rooms. It might not be suitable for elderly guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.

We got great value for our money at Galatolia Suites. The room was super comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One small thing that could make breakfast better is to offer a wider variety of items.

Despite being located close to a busy street, the noise didn't bother us, and we slept like babies after exploring Istanbul all day. The Wifi was good enough for streaming Netflix, and the location was convenient, near the city center. we highly recommend staying here for an awesome experience.
