We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful receptionists to the attentive housekeeping. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a free bottle of water, tea, and coffee. The hotel also offered various amenities such as car hire and room service, which added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.

We noticed that some guests in the hotel could be quite noisy, especially late at night. It would be beneficial if there were restrictions in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful sleep.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh produce, including a wide selection of jams and cheeses.

The language barrier with some staff members could be a slight inconvenience for non-Turkish speaking guests.

The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. the service was great and the team was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the hotel and the reasonable rates.

The restaurant options were less than ideal and communication with the staff was often difficult, as few of them spoke foreign languages. some of the other guests were rowdy and noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.
