Close to metro and tramway, 10-20 min walk to everything. Good breakfast. Quiet hotel, no outside noise. Friendly and polite staff. Comfortable, spacious room. Clean hotel, great location.

Loved the complimentary fruit and water in the room, and the breakfast was delicious with authentic Turkish dishes. the hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to the metro and tram line. Another great aspect was the comfortable bedding, which ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

My ground floor room was plagued with issues. Outside the window, people would smoke and the smells would permeate inside the room.

During our stay at Hotel Genova, we had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the daily breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. We especially loved the variety of options available. One specific situation that impressed us was when we asked to lower the room temperature, and the manager immediately adjusted it to our preference. It made our stay even more comfortable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of hooks in the bathroom and some noise from outside, our overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend Hotel Genova for a pleasant and convenient stay in Istanbul. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making transportation around the city easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay. The complimentary afternoon coffee, tea, cake, and biscuits are a nice touch. The breakfast offers a variety of options, allowing guests to experience Turkish-style dining.

One of the rooms had a noise issue caused by the hotel's internal A/C equipment, which affected the quality of sleep.
