The staff were extremely helpful, rooms beautifully decorated and spacious, breakfast delicious Turkish cuisine, all facilities at hand, great location, historical ruins underneath.

Absolutely nothing.

Had a stay over xmas, and the decorations were great with even a xmas tree. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with an array of dishes that I haven't seen yet. The location was also great, close to shops and food places.

The room was not as clean as it should be. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the sink didn't drain properly.

Wonderful hospitality, excellent rooms, ideal location, delicious food, helpful staff.

Spacious rooms with multiple work areas, good internet connectivity and plenty of natural light. Clean and well-maintained with friendly and professional English-speaking staff. Delicious Turkish breakfast and adjacent restaurant. Convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and spoke English fluently. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful location. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which had a great selection of food and excellent service.
