Friendly staff, clean pool with children's section, good self-catering setup. Spacious room, comfortable bathroom. Convenient and tasty food at restaurant, reasonable prices. Well-maintained premises. Neat apartment with adequate kitchenette. Close to taxi station and public transport. Amazing, helpful staff offering tourist advice. Fantastic food with plenty of options. Perfect entertainment at Turkish BBQ. Great value for money.

The location of this hotel is ideal, situated on the outskirts of Hisaranu, on the edge of the village. The stunning mountains provide a beautiful backdrop for the hotel. The rooms are well-presented and spotlessly clean, offering all the necessary facilities such as a refrigerator and tea making facilities. The friendly and efficient staff contribute to the smooth running of the hotel. Guests can enjoy a relaxed dining experience in the spacious dining areas, both inside and out. The hotel also offers a nice pool and a pleasant bar.

One aspect that could be improved is the variety of the menu options for dining.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a little hidden gem on the outskirts of town. This hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail - the hotel, rooms, grounds, and pool were kept incredibly clean. The rooms were well-equipped with facilities and had an amazing mountain view. I also loved the delicious and plentiful breakfast, which included unlimited tea and coffee. this hotel offered great value for money and had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

The hotel had a nice pool and the rooms were clean. It was also located close to restaurants and shops which made it easy to find places to eat.

The staff was not friendly and the service was slow. Additionally, the hotel had a lot of noise from traffic and people walking by at night, which made it hard to sleep.
