I can't thank enough Miss Dasha Kostrova from guest relations, Chef Mr Mehmet, Mr Mehmet Arsay, and Mr Hugo Chigvadze for their exceptional service. The animation team, especially Mr Izzy, made each day brighter. The kindness and love for children in this family hotel were truly heartwarming.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good beach view, nice lights at night, delicious food, easy walk to town. Helpful staff, especially Dasha from guest relations, Chef Mehmet, and Mehmet Arsay. Friendly animation team and manager, Hugo. Polite towel exchange worker, Izzy. Hotel provides a happy atmosphere for families with children. a pleasant experience.

the room was spacious and equipped with exclusive amenities. the swimming pool was well, maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff provided excellent services, attending to our every need. the private facilities were top, notch, providing us with the privacy and exclusivity we needed. the location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and activities.

this did not detract from our overall experience as alternative dining options were available nearby.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, always happy to go the extra mile. The location was unbeatable, with breathtaking views and multiple private beaches within walking distance. One of the best parts of the stay was the variety of food available, with something for everyone's taste buds.

Although the hotel was fantastic, we did find that the room decor was dated and could do with modernization. Also, we occasionally experienced long waiting times at the bar during busy periods, which could be frustrating.
