Difficult to find and reach the hotel due to its location on a narrow alley. Inconsistent presence of reception staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to Galata Bridge and the Karakoy Ferry. We were able to easily access all the main sights and attractions on the European side of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and varied.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was great, close to Galata and a main walking street. The landlord was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was incredible. Considering it was Easter Break, I couldn't believe that we managed to get such a great deal. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It may be tucked away down a narrow alley, but it was actually quite charming and added to the local feel of the area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Lastly, I must mention the rooms. Ours had three comfortable bunks with a private bathroom and even had a view of the city. this hotel offers great prices, attention to detail, and basic amenities that made our stay enjoyable.

My recent stay at Golden Galata was fantastic. The bed lines were clean and the daily service was impeccable. The room had a big safe box and CCTV, making me feel safe throughout my stay. I also appreciated the inside bathroom with 24-hour hot water, perfect for a relaxing shower. The hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, having an e-kettle in the room was a nice touch, allowing me to make tea and coffee whenever I wanted.

Good facilities, fast internet, free tea/coffee in room. Close to tram line and Galata Tower. Convenient location near public transportation. Well-maintained and clean. Value for money.

The hotel, located in a back alley, offers great value for money. Despite being tucked away down a really dark alley way, it is conveniently situated between the old city and the new, making it a perfect base for exploring. I recently stayed at a fantastic hostel in Istanbul for a few days. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights. The room was spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures. The entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. The hostel had great facilities, including ensuite bathrooms, study desks, and underbed lockers. The common area was comfortable with a big TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. it was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, as it was close to everything in the city center. It was just down the hill and really close to all the main sights. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms, free coffee and water, and clean towels and sheets provided. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel like I had my own apartment in the city. The transportation options were great, with public transportation easily accessible and the train station nearby.

During my xmas trip, I appreciated that the hotel provided coffee and tea for free. the location was very convenient as it was situated in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. the hotel staff was helpful and polite.

I must say that the hotel lacked towels which made it inconvenient. the overall condition of the building and its surroundings was not as expected.
