I had a very nice stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The location was great, right in the heart of a bustling market. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was surprisingly quiet thanks to the soundproofing and darkening curtains. The staff were amazing, always ready to help and most of them spoke English. They even went out of their way to accommodate us by putting three beds in our room for our baby. The hotel also provided convenient amenities like a supermarket and local delicacies right outside the door. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Istanbul.

The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. the hotel’s location was perfect as it was situated in a market area that remained open until late, providing a lot of food options and safe surroundings.

The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned, and we found shredded sheets and towels. the size of the room was also small, which could have been improved.

The hotel is ideally located just a short walk away from the major ferry station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. It is also situated in a vibrant local market area that stays open until late, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. Additionally, the hotel is near a bus station, making it easy to travel around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided a quick and satisfying start to the day.

There was one drawback - the room was slightly smaller than expected.

Clean rooms with generous toiletries. Helpful and kind staff who spoke English and provided assistance. Convenient location with easy access to transportation and local amenities. Thoughtful accommodation for families with a baby.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to access everything I needed. the staff were welcoming and helpful, immediately making me feel at home. the room was spacious, modern, and luxurious, with exclusive amenities and private facilities that exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful to be able to take advantage of the in-room breakfast service that was available.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the Wi-Fi connection, which wasn't always stable. the hotel's leisure/TV room wasn't as well equipped as I would have liked, but it wasn't a big issue considering everything else that was available.
