We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel with reasonable prices. the staff at Golden Ak Marmara were fantastic, providing us with information, advice, and even arranging transportation to a great recommended restaurant. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the rooms were clean and recently renovated. the breakfast, while okay for the price, could be improved. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.

We loved the warm welcome from the reception staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection of choices. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram station, markets, cafes, and a mall. It made exploring the historical center a breeze, as the tram took us directly there. it was a fantastic experience for our young family.

Our romantic escape was absolutely perfect! On our arrival, we were not greeted in the warmest way by the gentleman at the reception. He seemed a bit surprised to see us and gave us a room that had a strong cigarette smell.
