during my recent stay in goreme, the mansion hotel exceeded all my expectations. the surroundings were stunning, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delightful. everything about the hotel made my trip exceptional.

The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. I also loved the fact that my room was partially in a natural cave, adding a unique touch to the experience. The basic amenities were all available and the staff even went out of their way to prepare flower leaves in the room as per my request. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cappadocia.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very near to the city center and the Goreme bus stop, making it easy to get around. You can easily walk to pretty much everything, whether it's a restaurant to eat or a shop to buy souvenirs.

One downside mentioned by some guests is that they would have preferred a higher floor room with a view. However, this does not seem to be a major issue as there are other positive aspects to enjoy at this hotel.

The family who owns the hotel were so welcoming and kind. the father of the family was especially friendly and served us delicious breakfast. the hotel had a great location, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. the room was beautifully designed with a view of the hot air balloons.

It felt like home from the moment we arrived. the breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. the family running the business provided exceptional service, especially Gem, who not only assisted us with all our questions but also helped us buy bus tickets and gave us detailed information about the places to visit. the terrace had a stunning view of the city, valley, and balloons. We highly recommend this place.

Loved the architecture and creature comforts. The free breakfast and WiFi were fab. Also, kudos to the friendly staff and the delicious Turkish cuisine in their restaurant.

From the moment we made the reservation, the communication was smooth and professional yet friendly. The owner was always available and helped organize tours and activities even before we arrived. The staff was kind and always ready to assist us, whether it was with extra room service or providing water bottles. The breakfast was excellent, with a majority of the food being organic and sourced from the owner's family farm. The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view and was a cozy spot to relax. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to one of the best viewpoints for watching balloons. The value for money was exceptional. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I had the most incredible stay at this budget hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center where I found plenty of restaurants and shops. Everything about the hotel was exceptional - from the clean and comfortable room to the friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking, especially seeing the hot air balloons floating in the sky. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel in Goreme and I must say, the experience was truly wonderful. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the door. The owner, Gem, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. He helped me organize tours at great prices and his knowledge of the area was impressive.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited English skills of some staff members and the small breakfast, they were easily overshadowed by the warm and hospitable nature of everyone at the hotel.

I had a great time at this wonderful hotel from the very first moment and till the very last minute! Everything was great! The hospitality and service is on the highest level! The rooms are super nice, aesthetic and clean, very-very tasty breakfasts, wonderful roof that I liked so much, friendly atmosphere around! Ali and his wife treated us like family, with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. the turkish breakfast was delicious and filling, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the center of town. the staff was incredibly supportive, helping us arrange transportation and activities. the highlight was the breathtaking view from the terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast Turkish style.
