We had a fantastic stay at a very central hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there was a taxi stand right in front of the hotel for convenience. the hotel offered great amenities like an excellent gym, pool, and in-house hair salon. the rooms were spacious, with large bathrooms that even had jacuzzi tubs. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff were incredibly polite and caring, and the guest relation lady spoke fluent English. the hotel also had fast WiFi, modern furniture, and a clean swimming pool. it was a perfect choice for our visit to Ankara.

Spacious, well-decorated rooms with beautiful views. Helpful staff, except for minor language barrier issue. Excellent location near embassies, bars, cafes, and shops. Impressive bathroom with large bathtub and shower. Comfy and stylish room design.

Stayed in a supposedly luxury hotel in the heart of Istanbul, with an outstanding location close to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, and it offers free Wi-Fi and parking. the lobby is cosily decorated with colourful patterns and a vast sitting area. the room is spotless, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to move around. the breakfast spread was a generous mix of hot and cold dishes, including eggs, sausages, cheese, and fresh fruit juice.

The hotel bar was outrageously overpriced, and the only alternative was the lobby coffee shop that ran out of stock quickly. Lastly, the thin walls meant we could hear everything going on in the corridor and neighbouring rooms;

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Ankara. It is close to the town center and situated in the Cankaya neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the city and the sky. The bathroom is also big and equipped with a separate bathtub, including a jacuzzi. The staff are extremely polite and professional, providing great service. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, with healthy fresh juices and a selection of salami, ham, and sausages. Wi-Fi connection is stable.

Some guests experienced issues with the air conditioning not heating up the room completely.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel in Ankara. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff who were happy to help with our every need. the exclusive amenities truly are luxurious - the spa and wellness centre was immaculate, and the indoor swimming pool was a delight. It was very easy to relax and unwind in this calm environment. the rooms were beautifully decorated with a modern touch, the sauna and the Turkish bath were immaculate, and the sun terrace was the perfect place to soak up the sun.

The only negative experience we had was that the massage we booked was a little bit shorter than we expected, and we were not told beforehand. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute at this venue.

During my stay at the Grand, I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade I received. The spaciousness and amenities were impressive. However, the standout experience for me was the exceptional breakfast spread. The variety of fresh fruit, juices, and delicious Turkish options made each morning a delight. The chef's cheerful presence and attention to detail only added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional elevator wait times and limited dining options nearby, I genuinely recommend this hotel. my stay at the Grand was memorable and enjoyable.
