The hotel had two great features that I liked. the room I stayed in was spacious and had a nice shower. It felt like a newly renovated room. Secondly, the hotel had a rooftop terrace where they served a delicious and diverse breakfast. It was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to the Grand Bazaar and the Sultanahmet area.

There were some negative aspects that I disliked about the hotel. I had specifically booked a non-smoking room, but I was assigned a smoking room.

The staff was rude and unhelpful, with the receptionists showing a lack of professionalism. It was difficult to communicate with them due to the language barrier, and they often seemed disinterested in assisting us.

We had a fantastic view of the Bosporus and Sultan Ahmet from our well-appointed room at Grand Madrid. The delicious breakfast and breathtaking rooftop restaurant were definite highlights. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during the renovations. I highly recommend this hotel.
