I recently stayed at the Grand Makel Hotel for 6 days and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with close proximity to trams, local eateries, and a 24/7 convenience store. The manager, Umet, was incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information for our stay. The swimming, spa, and sauna facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed dining at the rooftop restaurant. The upgrade to the Topkapi suite was epic, and the rest of the staff were friendly and supportive. a great stay and I would book again.

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area with a lot of noise and close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice seating area and a pleasant view. The staff were polite and accommodating, offering a free upgrade and providing helpful information about the city. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options, and the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere.

The internet connection was unreliable during my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Aziz and Mr. Mustafa at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as there were trams nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The housekeeping did a great job, even folding our clothes. we loved the way the staff interacted with us.

We felt at ease during our stay and nothing was too much trouble.

We were blown away by the fantastic location, which made exploring the city so easy. the complementary breakfasts were a nice touch, and we appreciated the free city maps at the front desk. the rooftop bar provided stunning views of the city and was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we slept soundly every night.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few negatives that caught our attention. the gym was a bit dirty, and the sauna didn't seem to be properly cleaned.

We enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as the relaxing leisure room. Our room had exclusive advantages such as a comfortable bed and tasteful décor. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a variety of options and friendly service. the staff were attentive and provided prompt service.

The location, which was somewhat far from the city center and required a 20-30 minute ride on the subway. the hotel was conveniently located close to the subway station.

I was traveling alone and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped me with transportation and even arranged for my PCR test at the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view. The pool and spa facilities were great, and the rooftop restaurant offered stunning views. The location was convenient with access to tram and bus lines.

The staff at Grand Makel Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay, especially Mr. Mere and Miss Amina who were exceptionally helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a wide variety of dining options nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and we were impressed with the hotel's facilities, including the spa and sauna. Despite a few minor issues, overall we had a great experience at Grand Makel Hotel and would highly recommend it.
