We stayed at a hotel located right in the heart of the city, close to the bustling tourist area. The location allowed us to easily explore the vibrant atmosphere and enjoy the lively nightlife. The tram was conveniently available, making transportation from the airport a breeze. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and attended to our needs. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The shower in our room didn't drain properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

My recent stay at Grand Nergiz Otel was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with a supermarket just around the corner and the famous Mark Antalya only a short walk away. The hotel itself is brand new, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the amenities provided, including AC, a mini fridge, and even the option to request an iron. The free WiFi was also a convenient perk. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of Mediterranean dishes, and I enjoyed the hot food options available. The facilities at the hotel were modern and well-maintained, and the convenient location near shops, cafes, and restaurants made exploring the city easy. Despite being in the city center, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The newly renovated hotel had brand new furnishings and clean bathrooms. the staff was super nice and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of choices. the hotel's location was ideal, only a short walk away from restaurants, supermarkets, and a mall.

The lack of stroller or wheelchair access was a major downside, as it made it difficult for guests with young children or disabilities to enter the hotel. Another inconvenience was the need to request room cleaning, as it was not done automatically.

The staff is helpful and attentive, good value for the price, convenient location near the city centre and shopping mall, excellent wi-fi and working space in the room.

The hotel is located near a big shopping center, so there are plenty of dining and shopping options. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi works well. A big plus is that the price is very affordable!

The hotel has really thin walls and doors, which means that every noise made by your neighbors can be easily heard. Another downside was that the breakfast wasn't great – no hot food and the same limited options every day.

the rooms were a bit small but well-equipped. the staff, especially Koonjer, went above and beyond to assist us with our transfer to another city. the hotel was new, clean, and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was just a short walk away from a mall, restaurants, and a supermarket. it was a great experience.
