We had a fantastic time at a bustling hotel with lots of activities for families and couples. The food selection was great and available round the clock. The pool area was clean with ample sun loungers. The entertainment was enjoyable, though it could have been more diverse. Our family room was spacious and well-maintained by the daily cleaning service. we felt it exceeded its 3-star rating and would highly recommend it. Just keep in mind that it's not ideal for those seeking a quiet vacation.

The hotel offered complementary champagne and chocolates upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, right by the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the heated pool, perfect for a winter getaway.

The food was subpar and became repetitive after just a few days. There was also an issue with the cleaning staff not properly mopping and washing glasses.
