They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially Vedat and another gentleman who accompanied us to nearby shops and restaurants for safety reasons. the reception staff were also very helpful and always checked if we needed anything. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the chef and staff were attentive and friendly. the second room we were given was clean and spacious, and the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to public transport.

We were pleased with the two complimentary bottles of water and the delicious Christmas cookies they gave us upon arrival. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made exploring easy. the view from our room was stunning.

The staff was unfriendly throughout our stay and showed no willingness to help with anything. Our room was not cleaned properly and smelled unpleasant.

I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. The bellboy, Velat, was also fantastic in helping us with our shopping and offering us Turkish coffee. As a light sleeper, I appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms.
