We recently went on a romantic escape and had a pleasant stay. the staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. the hotel had a lift, which was convenient for carrying our luggage. Additionally, the location was great as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast options were quite limited and could have been more varied.

The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the hotel was well-equipped and clean. The street where the hotel is located is quiet at night, so you can sleep peacefully without any noise disturbances.

The location of this place was perfect - it was situated in a quiet alleyway but still in the best area with easy access to the T1 tram that took me to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The hotel also offered a range of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I especially loved the terrace where I could enjoy gorgeous views of the city.

Traveling with 2 young children and finding family-friendly accommodation is always a challenge. However, at Gulhanepark Hotel, we weren't disappointed. The room, facilities, and above all the service made our second trip to Turkey that little bit extra special. The location is an added bonus- nestled in a quiet alleyway and only a few minutes stroll to either Gulhane or Sirkeci Tram Stations, and walking distance to all the major sightseeing spots as well as Eminonu. The gorgeous views of the city from the terrace restaurant upstairs were a special treat. Highly recommended, and will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spa, although small, was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great massage there. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent; it was close to major tourist sites, the tram, and the ferries. We were able to easily access the metro and tram, and it only took us 5 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the famous Blue Mosque and other major attractions in the Sultanahmet area. The staff at the hotel, particularly Veysel and Zed, were extremely friendly and helpful. Veysel's customer service skills were exceptional, and we really appreciated his assistance. this hotel provided us with a great view, convenient location, and excellent service.
