The location is far from city center but free shuttle service is available every 30min. The swimming pools and sauna are wonderful, with more than 12 different options. The hotel staff, including front desk, room service, cleaning staff, and security.

For us, it was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities offered by the spa and wellness centre were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and steam bath, which left us feeling completely rejuvenated. the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and garden area were perfect for relaxing during the day. the staff provided excellent service and ensured we had everything we needed. We also loved the delicious buffet breakfast and the private facilities.

Our only minor issue was with the location. the hotel is quite far from the main attractions, but this was easily solved with the available shuttle service.

I was amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention to detail. The food buffet for breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. The food offered during Easter was very good, with a wide range of options for every taste. the location was great with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful landscapes. the room was very comfortable and spacious, providing us with a good night's sleep.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the slow and unreliable internet connection, which made it hard to stay connected with family and friends during the Easter holiday. the staff was not always attentive to our needs, often leaving us waiting for long periods of time with no assistance.
