I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were great, with everything I needed close by, from local amenities to a superstore, medical store, laundry, and food options. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and the rooms were newly built with modern designs. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the hot weather. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was in the city center and close to the tramway station. It was also fairly close to the airport, which was convenient for me.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed the location as everything we needed was within walking distance, from local amenities to great restaurants. the breakfast had plenty of options, and we really enjoyed the local products offered. the room was spacious and comfortable.

The only negative experience we had was the elevator being too small, which became a problem during peak hours. However, we felt that the hotel's management was doing everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
